The Objective.

The primary aim of our collaboration with Hope's Organics was a comprehensive website redesign to strengthen their brand and boost online conversions, including subscriptions. To reflect their unique ethos in the digital realm, we sought to create an engaging and intuitive user experience. Additionally, we facilitated the setup of their gateway processor, enabling them to securely and efficiently sell their "high-risk" products online, thereby expanding their product accessibility and potential customer base.

Gateway Processor Underwriting:

Guiding Hope's Organics through the complex underwriting process of setting up their gateway processor. This required careful navigation and collaboration to ensure that their high-risk products could be sold securely and efficiently online.

Inventory Synchronization:

Additionally, the homepage features a range of gift sets and budget-friendly options, offering variety and flexibility for different customer needs. A dynamic block on the homepage, which can be toggled on and off, emphasizes the most recent product additions with a countdown timer, creating a sense of urgency and exclusivity. Lastly, a seamlessly integrated Instagram feed is positioned at the page's bottom, offering authentic, user-generated content that demonstrates real customers enjoying Hope's Organics' offerings.
